IN pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent
Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Tsang Piu of 469 Hennessey Road, third floor, a partner of the Central Motor Garage of Nos. 14-21 Caroline Road, garage owners has this day retired from the partnership of the garage and has transferred all his right, benefit and interest to Li Ping Piu of 120 Kennedy Road the continuing partner, who shall from this day carry on the said business for his own account and shall assume all the liabilities of the said garage so long as the same were contracted by the said Tsang Piu and Li Ping Piu jointly for the purpose of the said business.
