t an Extraordinary General Meeting of The Cheong Wing S.S. Co., Ltd., duly con- vened and held at the registered office of the Company, China Buildings, Queen's Road Central Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on the Twenty-seventh day of May, 1933, the following resolution was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution, and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the said registered office on the Tenth day of June. 1933, the same resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution, namely:

"That the Company be wound up volun- tarily and that Messrs. Chung Chi- Nam & Chau Man-Chi of Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong be and they are hereby appointed liquida- tors for the purpose of such wind- ing up."

NOTICE OF TRANSFER

IN PURSUANCE of Section 3 of

dulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that "the Kwan Sing (hereinafter referred to as Transferrer") carrying on business as a drug merchant under the style or firm name of the Sau Cho Tong Lung Kee at No. 82, Bonham Strand East, Victoria, Hong Kong has, by an agreement dated the 15th day of June, 1933, agreed to transfer the business of the said Sau Cho Tong Lung Kee, carried on at the said address, to Kwan Ying alias Hop Shun Tong (hereinafter referred to as "the Transferee ") of No. 186, Wing Street, and the transaction shall be completed on or about the 17th day of July, 1933.

The Transferee intends after the transfer to carry on the said business under the style of Sau Cho Tong Lung Kee at 82, Bonham Strand East, Victoria aforesaid and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferrer prior to such transfer.
