NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Khubchand Siroomal, of Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as Silk Merchant under the style of the The Royal Silk Store at No. 70, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, afore- said hereinafter called "the Transferor ") has transferred the said business of The Royal Silk Store together with the goodwill thereof to Rupchand Verhomal, Silk Merchant of No. 5, Bowlo Building, Causeway Bay, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferee") as from the 30th day of March, 1933.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at No. 38, Queen's Road Central, Victoria aforesaid under the style of The Royal Silk Store and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
