FIRST and Final Dividend of $1.70 per cent has been declared in the above-

matter.

NOTICE is hereby given that the above

mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, aforesaid on the 29th day of May, 1933, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on any sub- sequent day during office hours.

Creditors applying for payment must produce any bills of Exchange or other securities held by them, and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.
