(q) Army Service Corps Cadre.

(r) Anti-aircraft Light Automatic Company.

(s) Lights Section Cadre.

(2) Subject to the provisions of the Army Act and of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, and of these regulations the corps shall be under the orders of the General Officer Commanding the Troops, subject to the general control of the Governor.

(3) The corps shall be under the executive command of an officer who may be either a volunteer officer or an officer of His Majesty's regular forces. If this officer is a volunteer officer, the adjutant of the corps shall be an officer of His Majesty's regular forces, appointed by the Army Council, unless no regular officer is available. Appoint- ment as Commandant will be made for a period of four years. The Governor, upon the recommendation of the General Officer Command- ing the Troops, may extend such period for terms not exceeding two years, but no Commandant will be permitted to retain his command beyond eight years in all, or beyond the age laid down in regulation 6 of these regulations, whichever may first happen.
