IN PURSUANCE of Section 3 of the Frau-

dulent Transfer of Businesses Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Mabel Winifred Malabar of French Bank Building, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, carrying on business as a teacher of shorthand and typing under the style of the Shorthand and Typewri- ting School at French Bank Building Victoria aforesaid thereinafter called the Transferor) has transferred the said business of the Shorthand and Typewriting School together with the goodwill thereof to Lorna Margaret Printz-Tollan of Telephone Building Nathan Road, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, (hereinafter called the Transferee) as from the 20th day of April, 1933.

The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at French Bank Building, Victoria aforesaid under the style of the Hong Kong Commercial College and Public Stenography Bureau and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
