SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOTS Nos. 5 AND 9.
The Purchaser shall pay $12 compensation to Licensee of F. L. 331 for pine trees growing on the Lots.
SPECIAL CONIDTION TO LOTS Nos. 6 AND 10.
The Purchaser shall pay $10 compensation to Licensee of F. L. 331 for pine trees growing on the Lots.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOTS Nos. 7 AND 11.
The Purchaser shall pay $52.50 compensation to Licensee of F. L. 330 for pine trees growing on the Lots.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS TO LOTS Nos. 8 AND 12.
1. The Purchaser shall within 24 months from date of purchase construct and maintain where directed retaining walls of such design and materials approved by the Hon. D.P.W. and to his satisfaction.
2. The Purchaser shall construct such drains and channels as may be directed by the Hon. D.P.W. to his satisfaction and of materials to be approved.
SPECIAL CONDITION TO LOT No. 15.
The Purchaser shall pay $30 compensation to Licensee of F. L. 6 for pine trees growing on the Lot.

No. S. 105. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Land Office, Ping Shan, at 11 a.m., on Thursday, the 23rd day of March, 1933.
The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent. Lot No. 1 as a Building and Garden Lot, Lots Nos. 2 to 6 as Building Lots, Lot No. 7 as a Garden Lot and Lots Nos. 8 to 12 as Agricultural Lots, subject to the General Condition of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924, as amended by Government Notification No. 470 of 1931. Lot No. 1 is further subject to Special Condition No. 2 (a) and (b) and Special Conditions hereunder specified. Lots Nos. 2 to 6 are further subject to Special Condition No. 2 (a).
