NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section

Hong Kong, trading as the Chan Yat Kee firm at the said address (hereinafter called “the Transferor") intends to trausfer the business of the said Chan Yat. Kee firm to Hop Chung Tong of No. 71, Welling- ton Street, first floor, on the 25th day of March,
1933.
The Transferee intends to carry on the sail business at No. 4, Lyndhurst Terrace, Victoria aforesaid and will not assume any of the liabilities incurred in the said business by the Transferor.
