Supply three shackles of approved size with pins extending 11" through shackle for clenching up. Shackle pins to be fitted with fore- locks and taper pins.
All the above mentioned buoys to be cement washed inside, painted two coats red lead outside and tested to the satisfaction of the Govern- ment Marine Surveyors. On completion Buoys to be trausported and delivered to Taikoo Dockyard.
7. To construct one ten ton concrete block.
This block to be reinforced with one ton of scrap steel sections having cast in it one 23" diameter eye fitting.
Supply two shackles 2" diameter for connecting cable to block and buoy. Pins to extend 1" through shackles for clenching up and fitted with forelocks and taper pins.
Cable supplied by the Harbour Department to be connected up to block and buoy transport mooring from Taikoo Dockyard to Harbour and lay down in position.

No. S. 16.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tenders for disposal of Rubble quarried at North Point", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 23rd day of January, 1933, for the supply of barges and transporting rubble to disposal areas.
