AKE NOTICE that a Bankruptcy Petition has been presented against you in this Court by The Tai Yick Pawnshop, of No. 618, Shanghai Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, and the Court has order- ed that the posting of a copy of the Petition together with a copy of the order for substituted service at the Court House Door and the public- ation of this notice in three successive is-ucs of Wah Tse Yat Po a Chinese Newspaper and once in the Hong Kong Government Gazette, shall be deemed to be service of the Petition upon you and further take notice that the said Petition will be heard at this Court on the 17th day of January, 1933, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon on which day you are required to appear, and if you do not appear the Court may make a Receiving Order against you in your absence.

AT at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company, duly com- vened and held at No. 6, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, on the 30th day of November, 1932, the following Resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent Extra- ordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly convened and held at the same place on the 15th day of December, 1932, the same Resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution, namely:
(1) That the Company be wound-up
voluntarily.
(2) That Chan Chi Lon and Cheung Tsoi be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up. (3) That the remuneration payable to Cheung Tsoi as such quidator shall be at the rate of $125 per calendar month from the 1st of December. 1932, to the 31st of March, 1933, and that thereafter the
two remuneration for the liquidators shall be calculated at a rate authorised by law.
