THE HONG KONG GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, DECEMBER 8, 1933.
ARTICLE 1.
Any Asiatic subject of His Majesty the King or Asiatic person under the protection of His Majesty, native of British India (including Burma), the Indian States under the suzerainty of His Majesty, Ceylon, the Straits Settlements, the Federated and non Federated Malay States, or Hong Kong, who is expelled from French Indo-China, shall be deport- ed at the expense of the Government - General of French Indo-China to the following ports:-
1. Asiatic subjects of His Majesty, natives of Hong Kong, to the port of Hong Kong.
2. Asiatic subjects of Elis Majesty or Asiatic persons under the protection of His Majesty, natives of the Straits Settlements and the Federated and non-Federat- ed Malay States, to the port of Singapore.
3. Asiatic subjects of His Majesty or Asiatic persons under the protection of His Majesty, natives of British India (including Burma) and the Indian States under the suzerainty of His Majesty, to the port of Madras.
4. Asiatic subjects of His Majesty or Asiatic subjects under the protection of His Majesty, natives of Ceylon or its dependencies, to the port of Colombo.
ARTICLE 2.
Any French subject or French-protected person, native of French Indo-China, who is expelled from British India (including Burma), the Indian States under the suze- rainty of His Majesty, Cey- lon, the Straits Settlements, the Federated and non- Federated Malay States, or Hong Kong, shall be deport- ed at the expense of the Gov- ernment of the country from which he has been expelled to the ports of Saigon or Hai- phong, whichever is the
nearer.
ARTICLE 1er.
Tout sujet asiatique de Sa Majesté le Roi ou tout pro- tégé asiatique de Sa Majesté originaire de l'Inde britanni- que (y compris la Birmanie), des États Indiens sous la su- zeraineté de Sa Majesté Bri- tannique, de Ceylan, des Établissements des Détroits, des États Malais fédérés et non fédérés et de Hong- Kong, qui sera expulsé de l'Indochine française, sera reconduit aux frais du Gou- vernement Général de l'Indo- chine vers les ports suivants :
1. Les sujets asiatiques de Sa Majesté originaires de Hong-Kong, jusqu'au port de Hong-Kong;
2. Les sujets asiatiques de Sa Majesté ou les protégés asiatiques de Sa Majesté, originaires des Établisse- ments des Détroits et des Etats Malais fédérés et non fédérés, jusqu'au port de Singapour;
3. Les sujets asiatiques de Sa Majesté ou les protégés asiatiques de Sa Majesté originaires des Indes Bri- tanniques (y compris la Bir- manie) et des États indiens sous la suzeraineté de Sa Ma- jesté, jusqu'au port de Ma- dras;
4. Les sujets asiatiques de Sa Majesté ou les protégés asiatiques de Sa Majesté originaires de Ceylan où de ses dépendances, jusqu'au port de Colombo.
ARTICLE 2.
Tout sujet ou protégé fran- çais originaire de l'Indochine française, expulsé de l'Inde Britannique (y compris la Birmanie), des États indiens sous la suzeraineté de Sa Ma- jesté, de Ceylan, des Établis- sements des Détroits, des États Malais fédérés et non fédérés et de Hong-Kong, sera reconduit aux frais du Gouvernement du pays
d'où il sera expulsé jusqu'au port le plus rapproché : Saigon ou Haiphong.
