ORDINANCE No. 2 of 1870.
(PUBLIC PLACES REGULATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Public Places Regulation Ordinance, 1870, the Governor in Council makes the following regulations :--
1. The Regulations under the heading "Children's Play- grounds, Chatham Road and Middle Road, Kowloon." set forth in Government Notification No. 700 published in the Gazette of the 6th November, 1931, shall apply to the children's play- ground at Cox's Road, Kowloon, as the same apply to the Middle Road playground.
2. For the purpose of embodying the effect of the fore- going regulation 1 in the said Regulations, amended as appears in Government Notification No. 556 of 1933, such regulations are hereby further amended as follows:-
(1) The heading,-
"CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUNDS. CHATHAM ROAD, MIDDLE ROAD AND COX'S ROAD, KOWLOON.'
is substituted for the heading referred to in the said regulation
1.
(2) In regulation 12, next after the words "The Middle Road playground" (in line 1) the words "and the Cox's Road playground" are inserted.
