Hong Kong.
ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1932. (JUVENILE OFFENDERS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 (5) of the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council, by this Order, establishes as juvenile courts the courts specified in the first column of the following list, and assigns to each such court the respective portions of the Colony set opposite the same in the second column of the said list.
Courts.
List of Juvenile Courts.
The Magistracy, Victoria.
The Mtracy, Kowloon.
The Magistracy, Taipo.
The Court of the District Officer, (South), in St. George's Building, Chater Road and Ice House Street, Victoria.
Portions of the Colony assigned to such courts.
The Island of Hong Kong, the harbour of Victoria and the Islands and waters of the Colony not other- wise hereby assigned.
Kowloon and New Kowloon.
The Northern District of the
New Territories.
The Southern District of the New Territories, excepting New Kowloon.
