123A. The tyres fitted to a motor vehicle shall be in a good and serviceable condition.

(25) In regulation 129 (as set forth in Notification No. 232 published in the Gazette of the 7th April, 1933),

for “$0.50" (the fare for a distance not exceeding one mile) substitute "$0.40"; and

(a) delete the whole of item 1 (City Hall Square, and Queen's Road Central opposite the City Hall);

(b) delete item 2 (Duddell Street); and

(c) insert the following item,-

(27) In Schedule A, delete the heading 'Kowloon' and all the items thereunder and substitute the following.-
