In exercise of the power conferred upon the Registrar of Births and Deaths by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, 1896, Mr. THOMAS GEORGE STOKES has been appointed by me to be Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths for the purposes of the said Ordinance, with effect from 3rd Novem- ber, 1933.
