By-law made under section 16 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903.

Condition and requirement (2) in by-law No. 4 of the by-laws under the heading "Food-preserving establishments" made by the Sanitary Board and published as Government Notification No. 479 in the Gazette of the 1st of August, 1930, are hereby rescinded and the following substituted therefor:

(2) The whole premises, and all apparatus, utensils, and machinery therein shall be kept at all times in a cleanly condition.
