No. 689.- His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. WILLIAM JAMES LOCKHART-SMITH to act as Official Receiver in Bankruptcy with effect from 23rd September, 1933, until further notice.

No. 690.- His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provi- sionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, the Honourable Mr. ROBERT HORMUS KOTEWALL, C.M.G., LL.D., to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council in the place of the Honourable Sir SHOUSON CHOW, Kt., who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from 14th October, 1933.
