Ilis Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. CHARLES LEONARD TATHAM be added to the List of Authorised Architects published in Government Notification No. 754 of the 25th November, 1932.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, this day authorized as a place to be used as a cemetery, and to be known as New Stanley Cemetery, the piece of land containing approximately 25 acres, situated to the sonth of St. Stephen's College at Stanley in the Colony of Hong Kong and shown on the plan deposited and which may be seen in the office of the Public Works Department.

It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has, under section 90 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, this day ordered that the Stanley Cemetery, named in the list of authorized cemeteries set forth in the said section, and the Christian Chinese Cemetery, Stanley, referred to in Govern- ment Notification No. 678 published in the Gazette of the 5th December, 1924, shall be closed as from this day.
