Pursuant to section 41 (1) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, as amended by the Liquors Amendment Ordinance. 1932, it is hereby notified by His Excellency the Governor that the Harbour of Victoria has been appointed as the port or place into and from which the importation and exportation of dutiable liquors and denatured spirits is exclusively permitted.
