ORDINANCE No. 3 of 1873. (SUPREME COURT).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Supreme Court Ordinance, 1873, the Chief Justice makes the following amendment, to take effect on the 1st day of July, 1933, of the Order for regulating the fees to be payable in the Supreme Court in its Original and Summary Jurisdictions made on the 10th day of July, 1931, and published as Gazette Notification No. 450 of 1931 :-
Amendment.
The following items are substituted for the items appear- ing in Schedule 1 to the said Order under the heading "Bailiff's Expenses":
Possession money, for each man in possession, per
diem, (to be paid in cash)
Car, Ricksha, Launch or Boat-hire, according to dis- tance and time, (to be paid in cash). In the discretion of the Registrar.
