1. These regulations may be cited as the Hong Kong Volunteer Regulations.
2. In those regulations "the corps" means the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps.
Constitution of the corps.
3.-(1) The corps shall consist of the following units and auxiliary
units:
Corps units.
(a) Corps Headquarters.
(b) The Corps Band.
(c) The Battery.
(d) Engineer Company.
(e) Corps Signals.
(f) Machine Gun Troop.
(g) Armoured Car Section.
(h) Motor Machine Gun Section.
(i) Machine Gun Company.
(1) Scottish Company.
(k) Portuguese Company.
(1) Anzac Company.
(m) Flying Section.
(n) Medical Section.
(0) Reserve Company.
(p) Reserve of Officers.
Auxiliary units.
(9) Army Service Corps Cadre.
(r) Anti-aircraft Light Automatic Company,
(8) Lights Section Cadre.
(2) Subject to the provisions of the Army Act and of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, and of these regulations the corps shall be under the orders of the General Officer Commanding the Troops, subject to the . general control of the Governor.
