() Where the surety or sureties, for an Appellant under Provisions the Ordinance, upon whose recognizances such Appellant has for sureties discharging been released on bail by the Full Court, suspects that the said their Appellant is about to depart out of the Colony of Hong Kong, obligations. or in any manner to fail to observe the conditions of his re- cognizances on which he was so released, such surety or sureties may lay an information before a Magistrate, in the form (XVI) in the Schedule hereto, and such Magistrate shall thereupon issue a Warrant in the form (XVII) in the Schedule hereto, for the apprehension of the said Appellant.
