No. 239.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under section 9 (3) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, Mr. JOHN ARCHIBALD PLUMMER, J.P., to be a Member of the Licensing Board for a further period of three years, with effect from 8th April, 1933.

No. 240.-Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased temporarily to appoint Mr. PHILIP JACKS to be a Puisne Judge lor the purposes of the Full Court Ordinance, 1933, in relation to any criminal appeal now pending.
