No. 192. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. KENNETH KEEN to be an Assistant to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs with effect from the 17th of March, 1933.

No. 195.-The King's Exequatur empowering Mr. HENRY B. DAY to act as Vice- Consul for the United States of America in Hong Kong has received His Majesty's signature.

No. 196. It is hereby notified that during the absence on leave of Mr. JOHN THEOPHILUS BAGRAM, Honorary Consul-General for Siam in Hong Kong, Mr. JOHN HENNESSEY SETH will be in charge of the Siamese Consulate-General.

No. 197.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Acting Inspector FREDERICK TITUS JAMES to be an Examiner of Weights and Measures under the Weights and Measures Ordinance, 1885, section 4, and also an Inspector under the Gunpowder and Fireworks Ordinance, 1901, section 14.
