No. 172. -His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Commander JOSEPH BERNARD NEWILL, D.S.O., R.N., (Retired), provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, temporarily to be a Member of the Legislative Council, during the absence on leave of the Honourable Commander GEORGE FRANCIS HOLE, R.N., (Retired), with effect from the 14th March, 1933.
