By His Excellency Sir WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice Admiral
of the same.
WHEREAS by the twelfth section of the Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1932 (Ordinance No. 27 of 1932), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into operation upon such date as may be fixed by Proclamation of the Governor :
NOW I, the said Sir WILLIAM PEEL, do hereby proclaim that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day of March, 1933.
