IN accordance with the provisions of Section

181 of the Companies Ordinance 1911, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Creditors of the above Company will be held in the offices of Messrs. Thomson and Com- pany, Chartered Accountants, York Building, Hong Kong, on December the 17th 1932, at 10.00 o'clock in forenoon.

At this meeting the Creditors will be asked to determine whether an application should be made to the Court for the appointment of any person as liquidator in the place of, or jointly with ourselves, the liquidators appointed by the Company, or for the appointment of a Committee of Inspection.
