URSUANT to Section 18% of the Com-

panies Ordinances 1911, notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Members will be held at the offices of Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth and Fleming, No. 6 Des Voeux Road Central, (4th floor), on Saturday, the Sth day of October. 1932, at 12 o'clock ngon for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the windling up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and also of hearing any explana- tions that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolu- tion the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the i Liquidator thereof shall be disposed.
