On the application of

And whereas it has not been proved that the bankrupt has committed any of the misdemeanours or felonies mentioned in section 30 of the Ordinance, [or it has been proved that the bankrupt has committed the following misdemeanours (and felonies), namely, [set them out!, but the court has for the following special reasons [slate them] determined that his discharge shall not on that ground be absolutely refused]; but proof has been made of the following facts under section 30 (4) (and section 31 of the Ordinance).
