The Official Receiver hereby reports to the court:-
That a receiving order was made against the above-named debtor on the

That the act of bankruptcy on which the petition was founded was the allegation that the debtor had within three months before the date of the presentation of the petition.
That from inquiries made since the receiving order, the state- ment that the said debtor had
appears to have been well founded, and the present place of residence of the debtor has not been ascertained.
That the debtor has failed to attend at the office of the Official Receiver to be examined in respect of his property and creditors, and to give necessary information relative to his estate, affairs, conduct, and dealings, and to receive instructions as to the pre- paration of a statement of and in relation to his affairs in ac- cordance with the notice (a copy of which is hereto annexed) Bent by post addressed to
