The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 570 of 1924 as amended by Government Notification No. 470 of 1931, and Special Condition No. 2 (a).

No. S. 482-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate which should be clearly marked "Tender for Teakwood Motor Launch", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 18th day of January, 1932, for construction of teak wood motor launch fitted with 6-9 H.P. Kelvin Sleeve Valve Engine and marine equipment. The boat shall be built to the following dimensions:-
