Transfer of Business Ordinance No. 25
of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Ng Cheuk Shan, Mui Yau Wan, Lung Kwok Ying and Leung Yik Ngo of Victoria, Hong Kong, carry- ing on business in co-partnership as timber merchants under the style or firm name of The Kwong Wing Firm Timber Merchants of Nos. 178, 180 and 182 Johnston Road, Victoria aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have agreed to transfer the said business to the Lee Yuen Company of No. 228, Temple Street, Kowloon in the said Colony of Hong Kong (hereinafter called the Transferees"; on the
