NOTICE is hereby given that Dainihon Seinyu-Kyokai (The Condensed
Milk Association) of No. 1 Tameike-cho, Akasaka-ku, Tokio, Japan on the 15th day of January, 1931, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks, viz:-

THIRD dividend of $25.00 per cent has
been declared in the above-matter.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above
mentioned dividend may be received at
the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, afore- said, on the 26th day of January, 1931, be- tween the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on
any subsequent day during office hours.
Creditors applying for payment must pro-
duce any bills of Exchange or other securities
held by them, and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

OTICE is hereby given that it is intended to declare a supplementary dividend in the above matter, and creditors, WHO HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE so, are required on or before the TWENTY-FOURTH DAY OF MARCH, 1931, to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their Solicitors, if any, to the UNDERSIGNED, the Liquidator of the said Bank, and are also required by their Solicitors or personally to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Office of the Official Receiver, Supreme Court, on any week day (except Saturday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
