Application for Registration of Trade Marks,

NOTICE is hereby given that the CHUN

HING Film No. 26 Queen's

Road West Victoria Hongkong have on the 19th day of August last applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks:-

1. The representation

ing Chun Lun Hing with an oblong flowery border round the same.

The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Joss Sticks, in Class 50.

2. The figures of two Chinese ladies REGULATIONS OF HONGKONG

standing under a tree one of whom holds a fan on which is written some Chinese charactors. Below this is a Chinese musical instrument on which

are the Chinese words 陳聯馨 奪錦茄楠香 meaning “The

Chun Lun ing's Best Lignum Alces Joss Sticks". Above this are the same Chinese words meaning "Chun Lun Hing". There are also repre- sentations of two flower pots, a frog, a shell, a thinese shrub in a vase, and two coins held by a Dove.

3. The figures of a Chinese Minister of the first degree and a girl surrounded by an ornamental border above which

are the same Chinese words meaning

"Chun Lun Hing ". Below this is a

row of four large Chinese characters "Joss Sticks well known in the World ".

海域名香 meaning

4. The representation of the said Firm's Factory at Macao with the same

Chinese chracters meaning "Chun Lun Hing". At the bottom is a group of Chinese figures and round the mark is a border containing Chinese figures. At the top is their Chun Lun signboard in English Hing Dealer in Best Quality Joss Stick Macao China".
