SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. There shall be reserved to the Crown Right to reclaim any part of the Foreshore or Sea Bed adjoining the said Lot and in the event of any such reclamation being made the purchaser shall be entitled to access to the sea to or from the said Lot at such points only as may be determined by the Land Officer; the purchaser shall not be entitled to any compensation in the event of any such reclamation being carried out as above mentioned.
2. The purchaser shall within two years of the date of sale expend in buildings on the said Lot the sum of $250.00 to the satisfaction of the Land Officer and shall also within the same period and to the like satisfaction expend the sum of $400 in reclamation or other improvements to the said Lot.
