No. S. 292.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice will be carried out between the hours of 10 a.m, and 4 p.m.,. as follows

On Monday and Thursday, the 12th and 15th December, 1910:-

From the West of Hongkong, in a Westerly and South-Westerly direction.

On Friday, the 16th December, 1910:-

From the West of Hongkong, in a North-Westerly direction.

On Tuesday, the 13th December, 1910:-

On

any

From the East of Hongkong, in a North-Easterly direction.

of the above dates:

If the range is clear, practice will be finished by 2 p.m.

If the weather is unfavourable, practice may take place on the following day.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the ranges.

No. S. 293.-It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, the 17th day of December, 1910.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, Lot No. 1032A as an Agricultural Lot and Lots Nos. 2309 and 2310 as Building Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906. Lot No. 1032A is further subject to special conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements on each of the Lots Nos. 2809 and 2310 under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.
