Notice is hereby given that TSE TSAN TAI () and TSE TSAN IP Merchants, of 39, Connaught Road Central, Hongkong, have on the 5th day of November, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Proprietors of Copyright in Paintings, Drawings and Photographs of a Photograph of the Image of Confu- cius in the Tai Sing Tien d) of Kufu (), of Shantung Province, China, in the names of TSE TSAN TAI and TSE TSAN IP who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

A facsimile of the said Photograph of the Image of Confucius in the Tai Sing Tien of Kufu, of Shantung Province, China, can be seen at the Office of the Registrar General of Hongkong.

NOTICES TO MARINERS.

IT is hereby notified that blasting operations will be taken in hand at the North Western corner of H. M. Naval Yard reclamation, commencing on Monday next, the 14th instant. The blasting will take place at 11.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. only.

All ships, junks, boats, and other vessels are warned to keep clear of the vicinity at those hours.

CIRCULAR NOTICE TO MARINERS.

Canton River, Damage.

NOTICE is hereby given that Taimei Beacon has been badly damaged by collision. Work on repairs is now being undertaken.

All steamers are cautioned to go dead slow when passing this part of the river.

The Green Light on the beacon will be shown as usual.
