Y an Order made in the above inatters by His Honour Sir FRANCIS PIGGOTT, Kt., Chief Justice, dated the 24th day of October, 1910, on the Petition of FREDERICK DALLAS and RICHARD DALLAS both of No. 2 Mohawk Road Shanghai in the Empire of China Contributories and Directors of the above nained Company IT WAS ORDERED that the DALLAS HORSE REPOSITORY COMPANY L:MITED be wound up by this Court under the provisions of the Companies Ordinance of Hongkong 1865 and that NORMAN THOMSON of No. 2 Kiukiang Road Shanghai in the Empire of China Chartered Accountant be appointed Official Liquidator of the above named Company AND IT WAS FURTHER ORDERED that the said NORMAN THOMSON do on or before the 30th day of November, 1910, give security to be approved of by the Judge AND IT WAS FURTHER ORDERED that the said NORMAN THOMSON do on the 31st January, 1911, the 30th day of April. 1911, the 31st day of July, 1911, and the 31st day of October, 1911, and on the same days in each succeeding year leave his accounts and all vouchers relating thereto at the Registry of this Court for the approval of Registrar AND IT WAS FURTHER ORDERED that the said NORMAN THOMSON do open an account with the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation at Shanghai aforesaid and do pay into such Bank im- mediately after the receipt thereof all monies that may be received or recovered by him as such Official Liquidator as aforesaid AND IT WAS FURTHER ORDERED that the costs of the Petitioners be taxed and paid out of the assets of the Company.
