REFERRING to Notice to Mariners, No. 15 of 1910, unsters of vessels, pilots, and others are hereby informed that a buoy, with perch and ball painted white, has been moored four and a quarter (44) miles north-westerly from the entrance to the Port Adelaide River in five and a half (54) fathoms L.W.S. to mark the distance, viz., a radius of eight (8) nautical miles from the Custom House, within which vessels carrying explosives exceeding twenty- five (25) tons in weight may not approach the Port.

Approximate position of buoy, lat. 31° 45′ S.; long. 138 233′ E.

This affects Admiralty charts 2389B and 1752.

LOCAL NOTICE TO MARINERS No. 119.

Middle Sand Bank Bung position changed.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Red Buoy marking the North Eastern extremity of the middle sand bank, has been placed S. 60° W. 24 cables distant from the Niuta Shoal Buoy the middle sand bank having extended in that direction. New Soundings of the Harbour will be taken as soon as possible.
