Explosives.
MASTERS, Owners, and agents of ships arriving off the Semaphore Anchorage with explosives for Port Adelaide are hereby warned that in future no vessel having on board more than twenty-five (25) tons of explosives will be allowed to enter the Port Adelaide River until the quantity and description of explosives on board has been ascertained and reported upon to the President by the Board's Inspector, whereupon such action will be taken as may be deemed expedient to ensure the public interest and safety.
