OTICE is hereby given that Messieurs NOTICE is hereby given that CHAS.

WILLIAM MEYERINK AND COMPANY of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Mer- chants, have on the 29th day of June, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-

(1) The representation of Five Chinese ladies seated or standing round a table and Five others leaning over a railing at the top of a flight of steps all watching two other Chinese ladies in a canoe upou a lotus pond one paddling the canoe and the other gathering lotus flowers. Overhead are the branches of a Fir Tree round which a crane is flying. In the back- ground are fields and trees and the whole is surrounded by a fancy bor- der;

(2.) The representation of a Swan;

Emerald Green, in Class 1.

That the Memorandum and Articles of

Association of the Association be "respectively extended, altered and amended so as to read as shewn in the print sigued for the propose of "identification by the Chairman of this Meeting and that such extended, "altered and amended Memorandum and Articles of Association be hence- "forth adopted as the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Association to the exclusion of those heretofore prevailing.”

And Notice is further given that the said Petition is directed to be heard before The Honourable Sir FRANCIS PIGGOTT, Kr., Chief Justice of the said Court, nu Monday the 22tul day of August 1910 at 10.80 o'clock in the forenoon, and any person interested in the said Association whether as creditor, policy holder or otherwise and desiting to oppose the taking of an Order for the confirmation of the said alterations under the Companies Ordinance 1865, should appear at the time of hearing, by himself or by his Counsel, for the purpose, copy of the said Petition will be furnished to any such person requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
