OTICE is hereby given that a Petition was on the 16th day of July 1910 pre- sented to the Supreme Court of Hongkong by the above named Association to conf-m the alteration of the said Association's objects proposed to be effected by a special resolution of the said Association un -nimonsly passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Association held on the 21st day of April 1910 and subsequently unanimously confirmed at a further Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Association held on the 1th day of May 1910 and which resolution uus as follows:-
That the Memorandum and Articles of "Association of the Association be respectively extended, altered and *amended so as to read as shewn int the print signed for the propose of identification by the Clminnan of this Meeting and that such extended. altered and amended emorandu and Articles of Association be lienee- "forth adopted as the emorandum aud Articles of Association of the Association to the exclusion of those "heretofore prevailing."
