REFERRING to Government Notification No. S. 106 of 10th June, 1910, I have received information from the Imperial Russian Consul that the Fog Syren at Skrypleff Light-house has been restored from the 22nd June, 1910.

THE Master of the S.S. Sunda reports that on the 10th July, 1910, he passed some wreckage, in Latitude 8 32' N., Longitude 108° 25' E.. apparently an overturned junk or lighter, about 25 feet in length and 3 feet above water.

REMOVAL OF BUOY.
Ir is hereby notified for the information of Mariners that the small spherical buoy marking the pinnacle rock off the sub-port of Talayi has been removed for overhaul on the 24th May, 1910, and will be replaced about the 1st October, 1910, when the working season again commences.

SHANGHAI DISTRICT.
Woosung Spit Buoy Shifted.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Woosung Spit Gas-lighted Buoy has been shifted, and is now moored in 19 feet of water at low water of spring tides, with Woosung Lighthouse bearing S. 67° 30′ W., distant 1.06 miles.
The outer end of the Outer Bar Training Jetty bears S. 82° W., distant 1 cable from this Buoy.
All bearings given are magnetic.
