MAGISTRACY.
No. S. 125.--It is hereby notified that the next meeting of the Licensing Board will be held in the Council Chamber at 2.15 p.m., on Wednesday, August 3rd, 1910, and there- after quarterly on the first Wednesday of November, February and May.
Applicants for transfers or new licences and persons objecting to such applications must appear in person.
All applications must be in the form prescribed by the Liquor Licences Ordinance, 1898, as amended by Ordinance 46 of 1909, and must reach the Secretary to the Licensing Board at the Magistracy at least a fortnight prior to the date fixed for the meeting.
Applications cannot be considered by the Board unless received in time for publication and for full enquiry to be made.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. There shall be reserved to the Crown the right to reclaim any part of the Foreshore or Sea Bed adjoining the said Lot and in the event of any such reclamation being made the Purchaser shall be entitled to access to the sea to or from the said Lot at such points only as may be determined by the Land Officer. The Purchaser shall not be entitled to any compensation in event of any such reclamation being carried out as above mentioned.
2. The Puchaser shall within two years of the date of sale expend in buildings on the said Lot the sum of $400 to the satisfaction of the Land Officer and shall also within the same period and to the like satisfaction expend the sum of $600 in reclamation or other improvements to the said Lot.
