TEMPORARY LIGHT AT KERAMOT-ZAKI.

NOTICE is hereby given that, the light and fog bell at Keramoi-zaki Lighthouse at the southern extreme of Kunashiri-jima, Hokkaido, will be discontinued on the 21st inst. on account of the displacement of the lighthouse, and the following temporary light will be exhibited on and after the same date

Position :---1,112 ft. N. 22° 8' E. from the former position.

Height of light :-30 ft. from the base, and 34 ft. above the water.

Character of light :-Fixed white light.

Illuminated are: -Same as the former.

Distance visible :-6 nautical miles in clear weather.

No. S. 107. In accordance with Section 168 of Ordinance 1 of 1903, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect two public latrines one on Crown Land in Mee Lun Lane and one on Crown Land under the Government Civil Hospital Ramp in Queen's Road West.

If any owner or occupier of property in the immediate vicinity of either of such sites objects to such erection, such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his office not later than the 8th July, 1910.

Such objection must state the reasons and specify the property with regard to the ownership or occupation of which such objection is made and the interest therein of the objector.
