In addition to the foregoing, the Government are prepared to dispose of the under- mentioned buildings on the following terms:--

1. The buildings to be dismantled and removed by the purchaser within two months after the date of purchase, the sites being left in a clean and tidy

condition.

2. The Purchaser to pay into the Colonial Treasury, within three days of the date of sale, the full amount for which cach building may have been sold.

3. The Purchaser to deposit, along with the purchase money, a sum of $50 in respect of each building, which sum will be returned to him when he has completed the removal of the building to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
