rose in its beak. Above is the word Colibri" and below the word -Draile" and to the right are the Chinese characters
reading
"Tak Lee" being the Applicants' Chinese name,
in the name of EMIL DRALLE, JELIOS DRALLE and EDWARD PRALLE who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants in respect of the following goods :— SOAP and PERFUMERY.
in Class 48.
