NOTICE is hereby given that by an order
made by the Supreme Court of Hong-
kong in the above matters dated the 2nd day of April 1910 the appointment of me the under- signed JOHN HENNESSEY SETH (Associated Accountant) the Provisional Liquidator ap- pointed by order of the said Supreme Court dated the 12th day of March 1910 was con- firmed and I was by the first above-mentioned order appointed the Official Liquidator of the affairs of the said Company.
Notice is also hereby given that the First Meeting of the Creditois of the said Company will be held at my offices No. 5 Queen's Road Central (1st floor) Victoria in this Colony on Monday the 18th day of April 1910 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon and the First Meeting of the Contributories of the said Company will be held at the same place on the said 18th day of April 1910 at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon.
Notice is also hereby given that alt debts due to the said Company should be paid to me forthwith.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Order
of the Supreme Court of Hongkong dated the 2nd day of April 1910 confirming the reduction of the Capital of the above named Company from $550,000 to $300,000 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the Capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above Ordinance, was registered by the Regis- trar of Companies on the 7th day of April 1910. The said Minute is in the words and figures following :-
"The Capital of the CHINA LIGHT AND "POWER COMPANY LIMITED AND "REDUCED is $300,000 divided into 50,000 shares of $5 each and 50,000 shares of $1 each instead of the original Capital of $550,000 divided into 50,000 shares of $10 each and 50,000 shares of $1 each.
At the time of the registration of this "Minute the sum of $5 has been paid "on each of the said $5 shares and the sum of $1 on each of the said "$1 shares."

ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
of the above Association will be held at the HEAD OFFICE, No. 26 The Bund, Shanghai, on Thursday the 21st April, 1910, at 4.15

Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the Registered Offices of the Company, No. 1 Prince's Buildings, Hongkong, on Monday the 2nd day of May, 1910, at 11.30 o'clock in the morning precisely, for the pur- pose of having the account of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such Meet- ing, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of deter- mining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the Books, Accounts, and Documents of the Company, and of the Liquid- ator thereof shall be disposed of.

The Trade Mark consists of a miniature tree standing in a flower-pot. Im- mediately above the design are the words Tien Choh", and at the foot of the design are the words British Cigarette Co., Ltd.,
