The Trade Mark consists of a circular panel in which is depicted a Chinese woman weighing a child: the child being suspended in a cloth from a balance. Immediately above the cir cular panel are the words "Honest Weight", and below the circular panel is the name of the Company, BRITISH CIGARETTE Co. LTD.,
