NOTICE is hereby given that a Second Order Dioptric White Light showing a double flash every five seconds, duration of each flash a fifth of a second, is in course of erection cn Vlaming Head, Lat. 21deg. 48min. South, Long. 114deg. 6min. 30sec. East.

The light will be displayed from an iron tower painted white, 40 feet in height from base to vane; range of visibility, 23 miles.
